Castle Hills is its own small city, cut in two by Loop 410, with NW Military Highway running up through it. South of the loop you have streets like Lemonwood, Honeysuckle and Glentower. North of it, Towne Vue, Antler and Atwater. What they share is room: the typical single-family lot here is 0.43 acre, about twice the size of an Alamo Heights lot.
That is why we price by the county lot record instead of one flat number. A 0.30 acre lot on Twinleaf or Bluet is our Large yard at $60 a visit weekly. A 0.40 acre lot on Herweck or Atwater is Extra large at $70. On Fox Hall and Cas Hills Drive, where many lots are over half an acre, we take a quick look and give you a custom price.
